HOLLAND PICTURES Tho Holland has a great picture this week. It is called 'The Whip," and is named after a famous race horse. It Ib really one of the most Interesting and entertaining pictures ever seen on a local screen. Many scenes of beauty are shown, and many that have never ben seen In motion pictures before.

The race track, paddocks, grand stand and races at Saratoga are among some of the Interesting pictures. The wreck of the Saratoga express Is one of the thrillers All in all "The Whip" is a picture that will hold your Interest lmiout its running time, which is an hour and three-quarters. PRINCESS VAUDEVILLE Far better than the bill the last half if last week at tho Princess, the show offere Monday night was decidedly acceptable to Wichita audiences. The big war picture is now gaining interest and as the photographer moves nearer the firing line thrill after thrill Is promised in the future. The Novelle Brothers started proceedings In the vaudeville line and proved thenilves able tumblers and Jugglers of each other.

Tho their violin playing was nothing extra, the combination of athletic work and muslo was very good and won them a good hand as the open lug act. Margaret Ryan has been to Wichita before, and hasn't changed her act since her former visit. She seems to be having a perfectly good time herself while on the stage, but the audience last night couldn't find much to laugh at. Eddie Tanner and company had a novel offering In "When We Orow Up" that was good for many laughs and was well received. Morgan, Martin and Snyder were easl- lv tho hit of the bill.

Their voices were oleasant nnd blended well together, while the "dope" was Just about the cleverest comedy character of this sort ever at the local house. His work was studied and showed a wonderful amount of attention to the little details that might bring a laugh.
