He thinks it the only organization tliat has "given true and proper voice to Irish wants and Irish rights since '98." Mi-. Savage counsels patience and caution against 'too 'great haste in carrying out their schemes for the relief of Ireland. Better wait'till they are well prepared before they strike. Rashness begets disaster, and a failure-is worse than procrastination. Secret Armed Organization of and Democrat Object and rFrorn the St. Loul! Democrat, Ang. Eight here, in Gen. Blair's there comes to light a conspiracy tor bring about the bloody revolution which his letter We have before us the pa- p-erBlof a secret. armed organization of Democrats, the purpose of which is to overpower the government and to "trample' into dust" the laws, In this state, the immediate point of attack is the loyal government and the law excluding rebels from suffrage; in southern states it aims at the overthrow of existing' state governments; in both, it is composed mainly of rebels, and is complete military organization, and though its name differs in different states; all branches are closely in connection.

Whether it has yet any existence in Northern states we cannot positively say. At the S6uth, it works actively by assassination of leading Republicans'; ia this state, a few mysterious murders have occurred, and in several localities we have proof that lists of Radicals be removed, at the earliest opportunity," have been made. But its first object here is to carry the election by force if possible. To this end, as the papers given below will show, picked band of men, limited in number, is to be organized in every locality. It is a military organization in every particular; its purposes are concealed from "every one, even from the body of democrats, for no a member is alloicfd to be prevent at any meeting or "loll call;" its members are bound' by a secret oath to obey the orders of their leaders, and every company is required to meet every week for to send constant reports of effective force, and to -keep the force up to the full number.

We give all the-papers that organization allows; it will be seen that no rolls, records or other documents permitted, and that each company has its own secret signs. Between companies and headquarters, as between headquarters here and in other states, there is constant; communication, but in all such papers the nature and ob- element' of the democratic of the organization are carefully party, as revolutionary aud destructive, an cealed. No wonder that in such an infamous conspiracy the of secre- sy" is enjoined. The collection of money suggests a supply of arms and ammunition, especially as it has been known for some time that such supplies were being procured here in large quantities. The existence of the organization in counties in different parts the "state is positively known, but its strength has not been In this city it has several companies, fully organized and armed.

Of the connection of the organization with a similar secret band in Tennessee, Kentucky, and other states, we have information, which, for reasons easily understood, we choose not to give just yet. We have no disposition to comment npon this new proof of the infamous methods to which democratic revolutionists have now resorted. Every honest man, to whatever party he may belong, will realize that, these, madmen must ba crushed, or this country has before it years of anarchy, bloodshed and devastation. Our only hope of peace and order is in maintaining the supremacy of law. That must be done, at whatever cbf-t.

To this end, call upon all decant and law-abiding citizens in this state to prepare to.protect themselves, to defend the officers of law, and to sustain tbeir government. We ask all good and law-abiding citzens of either party in other states to consider seriously the method to which the democratic party has now contemplate the inevitable consequences if this infamous plot of revolution is not quickly rushed by the overwhehning rebuke of in- ignant freemen.
