Reilly was a strong, robust, vigorous man in the prime of life. That his age was S3 years, that he was the sole support of this plaintiff; and avers that he was making and had been for a number of years more than $600 per annum. The plaintiff further alleges that by the death of Andrew B. Reilly she has been entirely deprived of maintenance and is left in almost a penniless condition. The p'aintlff prays and demands judgment against said defendant for the sum of $10,000.

The action was filed by Wm. A. Porter and F. P. Fitzwilliam, attorneys for the plaintiff in the case.

A freight wreck at Atchison Sunday afternoon necessitated the Missouri Pacific trains using the Burlington tracks between that city and Leavenworth.
