Ten or fifteen men will be employed. To Repair Encinal. The steamer Berkeley Is receiving prior to Its annual Inspection a thorough overhauling at the marina ways. Tha work of painting tha vessel, laying In new floors and making general repairs, has been going on over a week. It la expected that ahe wilt he In tip-top condition by next Wednesdsy.

After tha Berkeley goes Into ommlaalon again tha ferry-boat Encinal will be sent to tha ways. The old condenaer pump and boiler will be thrown out. to give way to new ones. A good part of tha decks will be replaced with new lumber and tha hull newly painted. Leap Year Party.
