Committee bill to pay the Governor of the State an nnnual salary of $6500 this taking lie place of the Senate bill that the House killed last night This bill was placed before the House by Speaker Murphy at 10:50 Mr Ray merely as he expressed it wanted to say a few words by way of explaining why he could not vote for the Increase It gave him pain he said to oppose anything that Mr Bickett
