ACCEPTANCE OF ALTAMONT ROAD WORK, A written report was received from tha county surveyor stating that P. H. Hoare had completed his contract with Alameda county for the macadamltlng of 14-foot strips on portions of County Roads Nos. 818 and 1410, Altamont road district. ACCEPTANCE OF WATER PLANT FOR ALTAMONT ROADS. A written communication, was received from the county surveyor stating that Peter Oxsen -Co. had completed their contract with. Alameda county for the construction of a water plant on County Roads Nos. 818 and 1410.

On motion of Supervisor Murphy, seconded by Supervisor- aaltt waa accepted-by, the following vote: Ayes-rSupervisors Briuge, Foss, Kelley, Murphy Chairman Mulllns 6. ABANDONMENT OF STREET AT DECOTO. In the matter of the petition of M. J. Pimentel et al for the abandonment of portions of- certain streets In Decoto, a resolution was Introduced and adopted granting said abandonment, there having been no protest to -eaid proposed abandonment: PETITION FOR PERMANENT ROAD IN NILESCANYON.

A petition signed by J. O. McKown and 62 others was received asking that a permanent road be constructed in Nlles Canyon from Nlles to Sunol.
