Country TV Co a recently formed corporation with Bill Terry as its president want to stress that this is merely an application" Terry said today of the document which is available for public viewing build a public housing project here there is a good chance that S15 million a year in federal community development funds will be cut off City Manager Fred Sandlin estimates that if the city attempted to make up the loss it would take a tax Increase of 40 cents per $100 property evaluation That $15 million goes to a wide variety of programs for low and moderate income neighborhoods that Sandlin
