Mr. and Mrs. Earl Steierwere in Des Moines Monday and Tuesday. Mr. steier attended the monthly Board of Directors meeting of the Farmers Grain Dealers. Guests at the home of Mrs. Oswald Thilges Saturday were Mrs. Clarence Green, Bancroft, Mrs. Walter Mescher, Burt, Mrs. Helen Harmon and Mary Jane, Mrs. Ed Immerfall and family, Algona, Mrs. Dean Brown, West Bend, and Mrs. Charles Baker and daughter, Mrs. Dennis Miller and family, and Mrs. Gary Thilges and son, Whittemore. Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Simonson entertained at a reception Monday evening following their son Simons graduation from the West Bend high school.
