juvenile officers realize that there is no intermediary remedial institution to which wrong-doers can be sent where they could be salvaged as it is they either have to be committed to the School of Reform or turned loose We hope that sufficient community support rallies behind the movement of the Latonia Civic Club and its friends to make posible the setting up of the institution they propose It
