Woten to Personals. Berl Woten has decided to move to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and will engage in the barber business al that place. He has sold all of his house- Qold goods to J. T. Riggs and expects to have every thing in readiness to leave for his new home on next Wednesday.

Bert has a host of friends in La Harpe who dislike to sec him go down into the wilds of where they eat com bread and pancakes, but wish him much success. Massey. Mr. J. T.

Riggs, one of La Harpe's popular young and Miss Pearl Massey, the charming daughter of Will Maspey were married night before last at the home of A. B. Woten in the northeast part of town. The ceremony was performed at eight o'clock in the evening by Rev. S.

A. Johnson, former pastor of the Friends church, only intimate friends and relatives of the contracting parties being Mr. Riggs is at present employed as charger on the number thfee works of the Lanynn Zinc company. Mr. and Mrs.

Mrs. Laura J. mother of must have had a very nice time yes- Henrj' and Clay Adams, the mill man ufacturer, dropped dead suddenly Thursday night while walking acro.ss the room. Mrs. Adams Is years old and has been sick for some time and for a time was not expected to live but has gptting better and hopes of recovery were entertained.

Grandma Adams has lived in IJSL Harpe a long time and was well known here.

The funeral service were held this morning at ten o'clock from the residence. Rev. Brooks, pastor of the M. P. church, officiating and the remains buried In the La Harpe cemetery.
