Weiser, member of the Eyster Weiser I company, died at her home, corner I Kpringettsbury avenue and Beaver street, last evening at 5.15 o'clock, aged forty years. She was an active I member of Trinity Reformed church and a prominent member of the Wo- man's club. During her life she was popular among the members of York society. She is survived by her hus- band, her mother, Mrs. William Eys- ter; two children, Charles and Hara one brother, FTank A.

tyster. and one sister, Miss Anna J. Eyster. Myrtle E. Shattar Myrtle Elizabeth Shetter, daughter of Charles 11.

ajid Minerva Shetter. died at her home. 200 I'ark Place, last night at 7.30 o'clock. She waa her thirteenth year and had been an In- valid for the past nix years, suffering from rheumatism. This induced heart trouble, from which ehe died.

Besides her parents, she is survived by three brothers and one sister, as follows: Roy, ClaJre, Raymond and Beatrice. Mrs. Rebecca Garver-List Mrs. Rebecca CJarver-Llst, wife of John Ust, died Sunday evening at 7:25 o'clock at the residence of her son, George J. Garver, 33 North West street after a sickness oi auuost three years, aged nearly 62 years.

Death was due to dropsy. Mrs. List Is survived by her husband, John Elst, and three sons, by a former marriage, George J. Garver, one of thia, city's letter carriers; James O. Garver, of William Smith company, drugglbta, and David A.

Garver, of P. leafs Sons department store. She was a member of St. Paul's iivajigellcal Lutheran chruch. She was one of Y'ork's oldest residents and had many friends In the West End.

The funeral will bo held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Julia Fisher The funeral of Mr. Julia Fisher witiow of Cornelius Fisher, was held Sunday afternoon, from her residence. 13S North I'ark avenue.

She was about sixty-eight years old, and waa a life-long member of the A. M. E. Zlon church, Eart King street, the pastor of which the Kev. II.

S. McMullen, conducted the services. Mrs. Johanna Harris reaj a series of resolution. from the FTiondshlp council and Miss Ida Smith, conducted the religious service a the grave.
