Obituaries EVANSVILLE Mi- chael Eugene Embry, age 71, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 10:06 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at St. Vincent Hos- pital. Michael was born Oc- tober 23, 1948, in Evans- ville, IN, to Earl Eugene and Fay (Hill) Embry. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1967 and was a Veteran in the United States Naval Reserves.

Mi- chael attended City Church and retired from the maintenance department after working for more than 25 years at Alcoa. He was an avid IU fan, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Michael enjoyed spending time with family. He was a family man and was loved by all who knew him. Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Misty (Thomas) Embry; son, Jon Embry (Mindi); daughter, Carrie Embry (Mark Smith); son, Joshua Embry; granddaughters, Tessa Emb- ry and Brooke Embry; mother, Fay Embry; and brothers, Mark Embry and Roger Embry.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, Gene Embry; and his brother, Gary Embry. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel A Family Tradition Funer- al Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and from 11:00 a.m.

(Migliaccio) Freels, age 76, of New- burgh, IN, passed away at 11:11 p.m. on Wednes- day, March 11, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hos- pital.

Ellen was born August 25, 1943, in Indianapo- lis, IN, to Joseph and Eva Faye (Clark) Migliaccio. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1961. Ellen was a member of Sweet International from 1972 1995. She was a member of South Gibson Apostolic Church. Ellen is survived by her sons, James Freels (Joleen) and Andrew Freels (Judith); daughters, Kimberly Martin (Greg) and Ronda McBride (Roger); sister, Kim Meredith (Andrew); brothers, David Skelton, Anthony Skelton (Rita), and Paul Skelton; and grandchildren, Bethany Joy McGee (Andrew) and Abigail Elizabeth Freels.

Ellen is preceded in death by her parents; hus- band of 17 years, James Freels; infant sister, Juan- ita Carol Migliaccio; sister, Christine Pool and step-daughter, Ronda McBride. Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Apostolic of Evans- ville at 1600 W. Maryland Evansville, IN. A time of fellowship will follow celebration. Burial will be Private.

(Arnold) Moss on July 14, 1950, in Evansville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana. She attended Central High School in Evansville, Indiana and enjoyed gardening, cookouts, canning fresh vegetables, picking pecans, dancing and family.

She loved to sit in the sun and enjoy the day. Surviving are her husband: John V. Goins; 3 sons: John V. Goins (Kim) and Kevin R. Goins (April) both of Griffin, Indiana and Tommy L.

Goins (Amanda) of Elberfeld, Indiana; daughter: Teresa J. Adams (William) of Evansville, Indiana; brother: Danny Moss of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren with one on the way. Preceding her in death were her parents; broth- ers: Larry, David and Stevie Moss; sister: Pam Keister and a grandchild: Bentley James Griffin. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednes- day, March 18, 2020 at the Werry Funeral Home in Poseyville, Indiana with burial in Mt.

Ashley Olivia Grove, 32, of New Harmony, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Deaconess Mid- town Hospital. Ashley was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 25, 1987 and gradu- ated from Clinton High School in Clinton Ten- nessee. She worked at Marshall Disposal as an office manager. Ashley enjoyed crafts and vaca- tioning with her family. She had a big heart and was very loving and kind.

Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her children. Ashley is survived by her George Mar- tin children, Dakotah Lynn Drulard, Gracie Olivia Grove and George Richard Martin III; her mother, Stephanie Gish (Jared); her father, Larry Marshall (Marilyn); sisters, Kandi Sumner (Darrell) and Amanda Goebel (Zachary); broth- ers, Curtis Grove and Rodger McGee (Rachael); special aunts and uncles, Michele Blythe (Jeff), Kristi Fox (D.J.), David Grove (Marcy) and Mike Douglas; grandparents, Ruby and David Grove and Dorothy Marshall. Ashley was preceded in death by her brother, Justin McGee. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Evansville, IN 47711with Pastor Aaron Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Wadesville, Indiana.

Ashley Olivia Grove EVANSVILLE George Robert Weiss, 93, formerly of Evansville, passed away on Wednes- day, March 11, 2020 at Hospital in Au- gusta, Georgia.

He was born January 19, 1927 in Detroit, MI to the late Orville and Agnes (Dru- ry) Weiss. George was a veteran, serving in the United States Marine Corps during WW II. He worked at Bucyrus Erie as a CNC Programming Manager. George is survived by his longtime compan- ion, Frances Sloan; son, George Robert Weiss, Jr. and his wife, Lisa, of Monrovia, IN; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Jeffries and her husband, John, of Bloomington, IN; sisters, Wanda Holzman, Helen Butler and Jessie Gorringe; brother, Harold Weiss; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Bettye was born De- cember 27, 1933 in Evansville to the late Jo- seph and Evelyn (Hart) Beck. She was a member of Resurrection Catho- lic Church and had worked at the University of Southern Indiana. Surviving Bettye are her husband of 64 years, William C.

Stevenson; three daughters, Jodi (Mark) Adcock of Evansville, Lisa (Joseph) Henderson of Carmel, IN and Stacey (Keith) Walker of Evans- ville; a brother, Joe (Sharon) Beck of Evansville and grandchildren, Lauren and Jon Adcock and Lori and Ryan Henderson.
