applicants for Channel 3 South Texas Telecasting Co and Nueces Telecasting Cb Edward Harte vice president of the Caller-Times said the newspaper felt withdrawal was in order after the Harte-Hanks newspapers of which the Caller-Times is one bought the Express Publishing Co of San Antonio radio outlet for (700000 Hofheinz also agreed to dispose if his 10 per cent interest in KRYS Corpus Christi within 30 days of the filing of the application He also has 16 per cent of KTRK-TV Houston Harte cited the following reasons for the dropping its application for Channel here: the hearing would have to be reopened which would mean further delay in the awarding of the grant Reopening of the record would be required because of personnel changes occasioned by the purchase of the COL FLAKE (L)
