Bork and Margaret Clark were married Nov. 26, 1944, at the Methodist Church in Piper City. Their attendants were Ruth Clark Kerber and Roland Bork. They are the parents of Larry (Nancy), Jacksonville; Lynn (Debbie), Bloomington; Robert, Bloomington; and James, who is deceased.

They have five grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. He retired from farmingtrucking in 1985. Yvonne Hubbard, Bell-flower; Cal (Vivian) Hubbard, Normal; Selby (Debbie) Hubbard, Normal; and Joe (Mona) Hubbard, Mansfield. They have nine grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren. He was dean of the College of Education at Illinois State University.
