He was a retired state trooper and District 3 retired troopers coordinator. He was DMV manager for the South Carolina Highway Department. Surviving are his wife, Shirley Whittington Biggers; his son, Jack Biggers Jr. of Lyman; his daughter, Rene Nelson of Charleston; and three grandchildren.

Surviving are her son, Jerry Bradley of Kershaw; three daughters, Diane Catoe and Joann Nichols, both of Rock Hill, and Betty Baker of Kershaw; two sisters, Ruby Williams and Neatus Faulkenberry, both of Kershaw; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and her great-greatgrandchild. Surviving in addition to her mother are her daughter, Tylisa Crawford of Rock Hill; four brothers, Carl Love Crawford Calvin Crawford, Laney Crawford and Cassius Crawford, all of Rock Hill; her sister, Mona C.
