GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY Courtney Roberts covered the 2.5-mile course in a school-record time of 15 minutes, 29 seconds to lead Tri-Valley to a 15-50 win over Clinton at Dawson Lake. VOLLEYBALL Jessica Keehnen had 20 assists, and Jessica Poorbaugh collected 12 kills in Deer Creek-Mackinaw's 15-10, 15-10 Midstate Conference win over visiting Chenoa. Mary Peverly had 1 1 service points, Erica Gerth had 12 kills and Katie McBride added 27 assists as El Paso remained undefeated in the Midstate Conference with a 15-4, 15-6 victory at Heyworth. Meg Fairchild recorded 21 service points, including four aces, to lead Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley to a 13-15, 17-15, 15-1 Sangamon Valley Conference victory over Blue Ridge at Gibson City. Amanda Funk had nine service points, and Jodie Wilson had 14 assists to lead Gridley to a 15-3, 15-13 win over Ridgeview at Gridley.
