Both houses of the legislature adjourned at noon today, for the first time in many years without an all night session.

The conference report on the judicial apportionment was adopted with only one dissenting voice that of Mr.

Herbst The bill now goes to the governor. The vote by which the "boiled" or "process" butter bill was defeated at the afternoon session was considered and the bill was passed.
