This \y;is the time set for hearing to consider objections to the final adoption of a Resolution of Necessity for the construction of a system of storm sewers within subdlstrict No. 1. Written objections from J. W. Pentecost and Mrs Eunice Bowman were read. Several property owners were present but there were no objections offered. The hearing upon said construction was adjourned to May !Hh. The Council authorized the purchase of a truck, snow plow and hoist for the street, department.
