to 11:30 P. Prom. Alumni News 'Clarence Heiser, a graduate of 1941, is now stationed In Germany. It was reported that he was slightly wounded. James Jones, a graduate of 1936, is home on a furlough.

He will report back to Alabama after his leave. Andrew Yenelevich, a graduate of 1944, is stationed in Ohio. He is in the U. S. Air Force Cadets.

Billy Williams, a graduate of 1943, is stationed somewhere, in Germany. He Is in the U. S. Army. Levi Shuler, a graduate of 1935, is now stationed in Belgium.

TSgt. Edward Chranosky, a graduate of Mount Carmel High, has been awarded the Purple Heart after being wounded in Germany. Seaman Joe Kobi, member of the Class of '44, is in San Francisco. Seaman Williams, a graduate of the Class of '44, visited our school this week. Max Pedergnana, a graduate of the Class of '44, has received a 10-day furlough.

He has completed his basic training at Camp Robinson. 2nd Lt. Margaret Devine, a graduate of Mount Carmel High, Is stationed at the Woodrow Wilson Hospital jn Staunton, Va. Albert VLsintainer, a graduate of Mount Carmel High School, Class of 1944 has received a furlough. Seaman Carl Ruths, a graduate of Mount Carmel High School is now spending a few days in Mount Carmel.

John Semicek, a graduate of 1942, is serving in the Seabees, and is now overseas. William Herwtg, a graduate of 1944, is now serving somewhere overseas with the Army Transport Command. Jack Roadarmel, a graduate of 1945, is now at State College taking the U. S. Army specialized Seaman Albert Belkoskie, a graduate of the Class of 1944, has been changed from Bainibridge, Maryland, to Oklahoma.

Stan Nafusewicz, a graduate of 1944, is stationed in Texas. He is serving with the Army Air Force Cadets. Leonard Rodak, a graduate of 1943, is. serving with the U. S.

Navy overseas. Jean Adams, a graduate of 1942, is serving with the Nurse Corps in a hospital at Lancaster. Robert a graduate of 1914, is serving with the U. S. Lieutenant Bakey Overseas 29 Months Charles Bakey, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Charles Bakey, formerly of this city, now of Washington, D. who is a first lieutenant in the Engi neer Corps, has been serving ver-seas 29 months. No wartime restrictions have been placed on hunters In British Colum bia, Canada. LOCAL WOMEN GET THOUSANDS OF EXTRA RED POINTS Every day, precious red points are being paid to housewives who turn in used fats to their butchers.

Becauss this country is faced with a possible fat shortage, these used kitchen fats are even more urgently needed to make medicines, synthetic rubber, gunpowder, soaps, paints and a hundred other essentials on the battlefield and home front. Every woman can help towards final Victory by saving every drop of used fats each time she cooks. Even a spoonful is worth salvaging. Navy at San Francisci, California. Charles Remaley, a graduate of 1944, is Stationed at Bainbridge, Maryland. He is serving with the U. S. Navy.

Edward Marcinkoski, a. graduate of 1944, is now. serving with the TJ. S. Navy overseas.

Eugene Kornaski, a graduate of 1944, is serving with tne U. S. Navy at Bainbridge, Maryland. CAMERA CLUB An important meeting of the Camera Club was held on Thurs day at four o'clock in Room 303. The Camera Club pins were order ed at this time.

They will arrive before the senior vacation GLEE CLUB The Girls Club held three meet ings this week in the auditorium, each at four o'clock. They are pre paring for the annual spring con cert. The date has been decided upon as Wednesday, May 2nd- for students; Thursday, May 3rd for the general public. The price of admission is ten cents for students and thirty-five cents for adults. BONDS AND STAMPS The weekly sale of Bonds and Stamps was held on Tuesday at 9:00 A.

M. in all of the homerooms. Mr. Nelson's homeroom sold "the largest amount for the day with a total of $49.75. The sum total sold to date for the 1944-1945 school term is now $21,640.65.

ENTERS ARMY Joseph Shupinski, a member of the Senior Class has entered the United States Army. He reported for duty on Thursday of this week. Good luck to you. The faculty and student body wish to express their deepest sympathy to Mr. and Mrs.
