Congress there is renewed tali of legislation for the relief of the Huancial situation The sub-committee of the House committee on hanking and currency appointed to frame a bill to meet the present conditions will resume Its sittings early next week The Senate committee on finance also will take up the subject immediately alter resumption of the sessions of the Senate so that it now looks as If
