their national vice president Dick Randolph of Alaska and state president Rob Reifschneider of Hunting-ton Park at the Municipal Airport The two Jaycee leaders will arrive on a special "fly in" to induct new Jaycee members from Palm Springs Indio Brawley and Blythe The inductions will take place at the airport board room Palm Springs Jaycee board members chamber of commerce representatives Palm "the baric objection la that the bond market is saturated in California We should get on a pay-as-you-go basis The interest cost on $250 million is about an additional $170 million over 40 yean of repayment I feel that $710 million on a pay-as-you-go basis could better be spent on a build ing program final objection" he continued "goes more to the problems existing in the university system It
