Bishop Lord Lively, Witty Moderator Of Methodist Conferences Since 1948 NASHUA TELEGRAPH, NASHUA. N.H. SATURDAY, MAY 21, I960 (Roy Murphy) Jolm Wesley Lord, Methodist bishop of the Boston area has presided over more meetings of the New Hampshire conference than any other bishop. This year's convention is his 12th and it may be his lasl. The 57-year-old bishop been mentioned as being in line a bishopric in one of the church's more heavily populated areas.

Next month a meeting will consider the retirement four of the coun try's 37 bishops including Bromley Oxnam, of the influ cnlial Washington area.
