Ivan Schneider, president of the board of directors, had charge of the business meeting^. Alfred Schultz, manager of the local elevator, read the audit which was accepted by those present. The following men were reelected for three year terms as .directors: Ivan Schneider, George Bruellman and Lenhard Holden. Other board members are Percy Watnem, Ed Kemna, Erling Mamlin and Ralph Jacobson.
