Mrs. Fox is co-chairman of the women's golf section of the Peacock Golf and Country Club, and vice president and Grape Festival chairman of the Madera Guild of Sunny Hills. As president. Mrs. Fox hopes to increase parent interest and participation in school activi- ties and P-TA programs.

She also has plans to introduce and develop a fine arts program and a parent-children Little Theater group. (Independent-Journal photo) League Plans At Play Play Day doubled as Planning Day yesterday for the Family Service League, as a day of swimming, tennis and bridge brought together members from the five units of the county. Represented were Belvedere- Strawberry, Sausalito, Mill Valley and Ross Valley units as well as guests who have been invited to membership. MRS. GARY LOVELL of Larkspur was in charge of arrangements and Rafael Racquet Club was the locale. Rogers home in Hill Ha- ven. Mrs. Cook is a teacher a.t Del Mar School in Tiburon, and her husband is on the teaching staff of Redwood High School. Mr. and Mrs.

Rogers have moved to the new' house they bought in Altos. Mr. and Mrs. Mohler, who have one son, Charles (Chase), have moved to the house they bought in Little Reed Heights. They are former residents of Carmel.

Mr. Mohier is an author and is also college editor for Scott Foresman Publishing Co. He has written two books, the last one, A Year of Monday Mornings, published in 1958. Mrs. Mohler was formerly a drama teacher at Texas State College.

MRS. GEORGE GELLER has returned to her home in Harbor Estates after three wreeks in Southern California. She visited her son, Dr. Stanley Geller, his wife and four children at their home in Manhattan Beach and went sailing almost every day. The visitor from Mann also spent some time at Balboa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

CONGRATULATIONS are extended to Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Johnson of San Rafael, who were married 50 years ago today at St. Church in San Francisco.

The Johnsons, w'ho have one son, Charles Everett Johnson of San Rafael, and two grandchildren, are celebrating their 50th anniversary quietly at home. Mr. Johnson is a native of Denmark. His wife, the former Helen Thomas, was born and reared in San Francisco. She as a Sunday school teacher at St.
