to the electrical Rockco said was always helpful and always on calL He had a great sense of humor He could be down and out but he always told you be any Lamey who devoted much of his life to both industrial and civic duties served as president of the Biloxi Electrical Board for more than 20 years and was active in the Mississippi chapter of the International Association of Electrical
