Perry Thomas, son of Judge and Mrs. W. H. Thomas of this city, and now a deputy city attor ney in Los Angeles, is a candidate for one of two vacancies on the police bench in that city. Young Thomas, while but 28 years of age, has held responsible positions in Los Angeles.
