Council passes Joint tax resolution The Biloxi City Council on Tuesday adopted resolutions asking the state Legislature to pass laws allowing the dty and county to collect taxes jointly designating a Doris Robinson as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission officer Mayor Leroy Urie had asked the council to appoint Robinson the EEOC officer replacing present EEOC officer Claude Griffin Urie
