Ten Directors Are Elected By Chamber Ten members of the Qimberland Chamber of Commerce were elected to the Board of directors in the annual Section which ended yesterday. new directors, listed alphabetically, include: Harry J. Barton, Douglas R. Bowie, George L. Buchanan, George A.

Caswell. William A. Douglas. Robert Little Ebert, Frank Martin, Simon Rosenbaum and F. Perry Smith.

Judges of the election, held by mailed ballots counted early last night, were Charles S. Catherman Thomas F. Conlon and Robert E. Dean. The new directors and 20 holdover directors will comprise the board of directors of the Chamber.

Council To Discuss New Health Plan Mayor Roy W. Eves said yesterday that members of the council will meet today 8:30 a. m. in City Hall to discuss the effects of the Case plan for financing health activities upon city health depart ment workers. He said the city wants to make sure that the rights of the workers are protected under the program.
