Germany and probably will be sent to the Russian zone of occupation served only the best it was not long before John began to worry if the waters in and about the isles of Biloxi and Gulfport could take care of my hungry and shrimp-minded customers "Now New Yorkers on the whole eat more shrimp than folks in Chicago To mid-westeners they are still a new dish and like 'escargot' (snails) are often eyed with suspicion but I figure when nine Chicago restaurant can sell 35000 pounds every month the folks in Biloxi and Gulfport need have no fear their towns lack advertising of the right kind in New York and Chicago "Our shrimp ranging from 21 to 26 to the pound for salads and 15 to 20 to the pound and 10 to 15 to the pound for frying and broiling On the menus Biloxi shrimp are mentioned at least four times There is the famous Biloxi Salad fried shrimp in the French style and the Jumbo shrimp cocktail Then of course there is creole shrimp and shrimp a la Newberg with the sherry anil madeira wine sauce Mr Toffenetti claims that the Bilqxi shrimp are firmer than any other and retain their flavor longer "They ars shipped to New York and Chicago in boxes of 50-pounds each and put up in 5-pound packages Even at the end of the month when stock is low and we are expecting the new shipment In these i hardy Biloxi stock never change color they always look fresh and firm and no one has ever yet complained they have lost flavor and gone MORE REFUGEES SEEK HOMES Salonika (JP) To help relieve Greece of the burden of supporting more than 1200 political refugees the United Nations
