reported Tuesday: He said he was drunk and impatient and his friend was late So he tried to climb through a window at the friend's home Monday afternoon he told Tuama police Officers were called about 4:35 pm to investigate a burglary in the 700 block of East Morton Street They found the man lying next to the home bleeding from cuts to his hands A neighbor reported hearing glass break and saw the man pacing back and forth near the broken window Deputies found screwdrivers and a cellular phonejur i the car The driver said the phone belonged to passengers The 22-yearold driver waa bodied into
