Notices - Other— 4 British Army Gives Mail Bomb Warning BELFAST, Northern Ireland (UPI) — The British Army warned government workers, police and the public today to look out for bombs before opening packages and letters received in the mail. "If any person receives a bulky type of envelope and has any suspicions at all about it, he should not open it but immediately notify the security forces," a police spokesman said. The warning came after the mother of a prison officer lost four fingers Friday when she opened a booby-trapped package addressed to her son. Police did not identify the 50- year-old woman, only said her son was an officer at the Long Kesh Internment Camp. The latest attack came only three days after a wave of letter bomibs were sent to policemen, part-time militiamen and lawyers in Enhiskil- len, 85 miles south of Londonderry. A total of 845 persons have died in four years of violence among Northern Ireland's majority Protestants, minority Roman Catholics and security forces. 41, TOTAL CAPITAL ACCOUNTS $ 764,847.50 TOTAL LIABILITIES, RESERVES, AND CAPITAL ACCOUNTS $11,805,835.04 MEMORANDA 1. MELVIN E. SAYRS JOHN R. BLACK MAX E. MATHERS Directors Ship Drifts Off Shore Of Oregon ASTORIA, Ore. (UPI) - The charred hulk of an abandoned 278-foot Soviet fishing trawler drifted in the Pacific off the Southern Oregon coast today following a collision with a sister ship in heavy fog. The stern trawler Sezd Ulksm was abandoned by a crew of about 150 men after colliding with the Nadhodka Friday 35 miles west of Florence, Ore. Coast Guard radio reports from the 40-ship Russian fleet operating in the area said the crew was rescued. There were no mentions of injuries or deaths. The cutter Venturous was ordered to the area to give assistance if needed. The stricken ship, which caught fire and was listing in 10- to 12-foot seas, is regarded by the United States as a navigation and pollution hazard, the Coast Guard said.
