PANTAGRAPH, MONDAY, APRIL 30, 1984 DEATHS CENTRAL ILLINOIS Ella M. Deevers SHIRLEY Ella M. Deevers, 91, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Shirley, died at 4 p.m. Saturday (April 28, 1984) at Jackson, Mo. She had been ill for four years.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brinkopf-Howell Funeral Home, Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m.

Wednesday at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington, the Rev. Richard Zumwalt officiating. Stubblefield Funeral Home, Normal, is in charge of local arrangements. She was born July 27, 1892, in Cape Girardeau County, a daughter of Fredrick and Bertha Huber Kurre. She married Francis D.

Deevers in 1912. He died in 1945. Surviving are a sister, Lulu A. Kirchhoff, Cape Girardeau; two granddaughters; and a great-grandson. A son and two brothers preceded her in death.

Mrs. Deevers was a member of the Christian Church, Order of the Eastern Star, and Royal Neighbors of America. Fred Hasenmyer LINCOLN Fred Hasenmyer, 85, of St. Louis, formerly of Lincoln, died at 10 a.m. Saturday (April 28, 1984) at Christian Northeast Hospital, St.

Louis. His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Holland Barry Funeral Home, Lincoln. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m.

Tuesday at the funeral home. He was born Dec. 9, 1898, at Spencer County, a son of Lewis and Lena Kebortz Hasenmyer. He married Mary Hagan Dec. 9, 1921, at Rockport, Ind.

She died Dec. 8, 1953. Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Karcher, St. Louis, and Mary Jane Nelson, Bell Fountain Neighbors, and a brother, Sam, Springfield. Mr.

Hasenmyer was a retired farmer and a member of Logan County Farm Bureau. Memorials may be made to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Ray H. Fleming GRIDLEY Ray H. Fleming, 69, of 102 W.

First died at 11:23 a.m. yesterday (April 29, 1984) at St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center, Bloomington. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Froelich Memorial Home, the Rev.

John O'Connor officiating. Burial will be in Gridley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the memorial home. He was born Aug. 2, 1914, at Gridley, a son of Pearl and Florence Phillis Fleming.

He married Lillian Clark May 24, 1936, at Eureka. She survives. Also surviving are three sons, John and Ronaid, both of Gridley; and Robert, El Paso; a daughter, Sharon Wheelock, Fairbury; a brother, Donald, Gridley; two sisters, Jean Nehrt, Gridley, and Dorothy Larson, Harvard; nine grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren. Mr. Fleming was a member of Pontiac Moose Lodge and First United Church of Gridley.

He was involved in the construetion business most of his life. For the past five years, he had worked for El Paso Grain Co. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. George W. White STANFORD (PNS) George W.

White, 70, Sun City, formerly of Stanford, died at 1:40 p.m. yesterday (April 29, 1984), at Boswell Hospital, Sun City. He was taken to McReynolds Funeral Home, Stanford. Irene E. Balocchi STREATOR Irene Elizabeth Balocchi, 62, of Streator died at 1:50 a.m.

Saturday (April 28, 1984) at Brokaw Hospital, Normal. Her funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hulse Funeral Home, Ottawa, the Rev. Leo Gildner officiating. Burial will be in St.

Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, with liturgical prayer at 8 p.m. She was born Jan. 26, 1921, in Ottawa, a daughter of William Joseph and Ivy Tilbury True.

She married Delmo Balocchi in 1940; he preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, Joseph William, Ottawa; a brother, William True, Peoria; a sister, Olive Reeves, Galesburg; and a grandson. A grandson preceded her in death. Mrs. Balocchi was a salesclerk at The Fashion Shop in Ottawa.

Robert Palmer HEYWORTH Robert Palmer, 68, Route 3, died at 7:20 last night (April 29, 1984) at Mennonite Hospital, Bloomington. He was taken to Metzler Memorial Home. Roy Wilson LUDLOW Roy Wilson, 60, of Ludlow died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday (April 28, 1984) at Mercy Hospital, Urbana. His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday at Brown-Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. Bill Irwin officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

He was born Feb. 21, 1924, at Rantoul, a son of Guy and Grace Darsham Wilson. He married Irene Rigaumont Sept. 26, 1945, in Antwerp, Belgium. She died March 27, 1982.

He married Eloise Bruhn June 24, 1983. She survives. Also surviving are three sons, Marc and Eddy, both of Thomasboro; and Fred, Rantoul; two daughters, Linda Geochegan, Bedford, and Sandra Wilson, Champaign; a stepdaughter, Beverly Neely, Houston, Texas; two stepsons, William Duke, Corpus Christi, Texas, and James Duke, Melvin; two brothers, Robert and Donald, both of Rantoul; two sisters, Mildred Haggerty, Rantoul, and Marion DeBoer, Elmwood Park; and nine grandchildren. Mr. Wilson had served in the U.S.

Army from 1942-45 in the 82nd Airborne Infantry Unit. He was a member of Ludlow Christian Church, to which memorials may be made. BLOOMINGTON NORMAL Charles Cunningham Charles M. Cunningham, 70, of R.R. 1, Bloomington, died Wednesday (April 25, 1984) in Orlando, Fla.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, the Rev. Glenn V. Manis officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m.

Tuesday at Beck Memorial Home. He was born Mr. Aug. 14, 1913, at Cunningham Waynesville, a son of John Edward and Lori Britton Cunningham. He married Evelyn Leach May 5, 1942, in Mexico, Mo.

She survives. Survivors include a daughter, Janet Tomlianovich, 203 Greenleaf Road, Bloomington. Mr. Cunningham, a retired DeWitt County farmer, was a member of the DeWitt County Farm Bureau. Memorials may be made to the McLean County chapter of the American Heart Association.

Irene Deibert The funeral of Irene Deibert, 76, of R.R. 12, Bloomington, who died Saturday (April 28, 1984), will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Kibler-Smith Memorial Home, the Rev. Bill Tabb officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the memorial home. Mrs. Deibert was born Aug. 9, 1907, at Mount Pulaski, a daughter of Harvey Taylor Walker and Susanna Delaney Walker. She married Kenneth Deibert Nov.
