The committee on attractions is being looded with propositions. That com mittee will see that the town is made lively.

There mil be iballoon ascensions and pamihute drops every day. Tight wires will be stretched fiom till buiU- ings and such feats of laving will be performed on these as were never seen before. In the evening the effct of performances in sheets of fire will be produced. Thirty bands have been invited to come and take part, and a number iave made known their willingness to be here promptly.
