THE PANTAGRAPH, TUESDAY, AUG. 30, 1983 WEDDINGS Handley photo Schuler-Kaufman Married at 5 p.m. Aug. 20 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Chenoa, were Susan Renee Schuler of 501 Normal Normal, and Herbert Vernon Kaufman of R.R.

3, Bloomington. There was a reception at The Elms in El Paso. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Schuler of rural Chenoa, was attended by Pam Rhoda, Debbie Roth, DeeAnn Shane, Jane Poppe and Kristine Freshour.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Kaufman of R.R. 3, Bloomington, was attended by John Freshour, Richard Park, John Schuler, James Kaufman and Terry Poppe. Ushers were Rod Bazel, Howard and Roger Kaufman, and Mark Schuler.

The new Mrs. Kaufman is a graduate of Mennonite School of Nursing and is employed by Brokaw Hospital as a registered nurse. She also attends Illinois School of Nursing, working towards a bachelor's degree in nursing. Her husband is a graduate of Olympia High School and is engaged in farming. They reside at the bridegroom's address following a wedding trip to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.

Snodgrass-Swigart FARMER CITY Kevin Swigart, son of Ray and Velda Swigart of rural Farmer City, and Doreen Snodgrass, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Snodgrass of rural Keosauqua, Iowa, were married at 6:30 p.m. July 23 at Keosauqua United Methodist Church. The new Mrs.

Swigart is a graduate of Keosauqua High School. She is employed by Van Buren County Nursing Home. Her husband, a graduate of Farmer City-Mansfield High School, attended Western Illinois University, and is engaged in farming. The newlyweds reside at R.R. 1, Keosauqua, Iowa.

Karr, rural Wapella. There was an outdoor dinner and reception at the Karr home. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Carilla of Berlize City, Berlize, Central America.

Attending the bride were June Bates, Kate Sweeney, Tina and Leslie Karr and Sheri Spencer. Staci and Susan Spencer, Sarah Anderson, Lisa, Cathy and Holly Karr Rake-Thomas SAUNEMIN (PNS) Kim Ann Rake of Burnett, and Roger William Thomas of Saunemin were married at 3 p.m. July 23 at Waupun, Wis. Their parents are Mr. and Mrs.

Clarence Rake of Burnett and Jean Thomas of Saunemin. The new Mrs. Thomas has a bachelor's degree in adaptive physical education from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, and is employed by Bemidji Public Schools. Her husband has bachelor's and master's degrees in athletic training and exercise physiology from Western Illinois University. He is a were flower girls.

The bridegroom was attended by Gregory Cattouse and David Karr and Ned Karr was ring bearer. The new Mrs. Carilla is a graduate of Wapella High School and has bachelor's and master's degrees from Illinois State University and a doctorate from Northern Illinois University. She is on the faculty of National College of Education, Chicago campus. Her husband was educated in Berlize and is a graduate of the Agriculture College there.

He is self employed in the landscaping business. The newlyweds reside at 1648 Estes Chicago. teacher and athletic trainer at Bemidji State University. Both Mr. and Mrs. Yost are graduates of Bluffton College, Bluffton, Ohio. She is an elementary teacher and he is a medical student at the University of Arizona. The newlyweds reside at 1816 E.

The newlyweds are graduates of Farmer City-Mansfield High School and they attended Parkland College. The new Mrs. Schneman is employed by the Tree Top Restaurant, Mahomet, and her husband is engaged in farming. They reside at Deibel-Bohl DANVERS Philip Thomas Bohl of Tucson, son of Mr. and Mrs.

John Bohl of Danvers, Patti Lyn Deibel, also of Tucson, were married at 2 p.m. Aug. 12 at Faith Temple, Tacoma, Wash. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs.

William Deibel of Tucson. There was a reception at the home of the bridegroom's brother, Ronald Bohl, in Tacoma. The new Mrs. Bohl is a graduate of Roosevelt High Wyandotte, and is employed as assistant manager of the Potter Development Corp. Her husband, a graduate of Olympia High School and Illinois State University, is employed by Hughes Aircraft Missile Systems Group, as a financial cost analyst.
