Jack Cates, district commissioner, conducted the ceremonies. The new members are Steven Eiker, Richard Evans, Rex Gilson, Douglas Gumm, Ronald Jennings, Ricky Liby, Clifford Lindquist. Rodney McCanto, Craig McKenna, Michael Puttingtuh, Desi Hafshbarger, Ernest Powell and Robin Stout. welcomed back old members by awarding 17 1-year and nine 2- year service stars. Webelos leaders and den mothers for the year are Richard Pittington, Harold Morss, Velma Cutcher, Marg Pitting- Cubmaster Raymond Howland toil, Betty Shannon, Theresa Lindquist, Betty Eiker, Betsy Miller, Marcellene Howland, Jane Duckwiler, Norma Morss and Virginia Luvall.
