Chester Hay Rev. Hay resigns at First Alliance The Hev. Chester J. Hay, pastor of the First Alliance Church, 111 Mission Meade Drive, since March 1906, submitted his resignation as pastor during the Sunday morning worship service of the church. The resignation, effective Sept 3, was read in order that he may accept a call to the Heaver Falls Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.

The Hev. C. J. Hay came to New Castle following a successful pastorate at Wireton, Pa Following his arrival in New plans were made for the erection of a new church The congregation worshiped at 210 Pearson St. at that time and moved into the new edifice Jan.

Her long-time associates ami the staff at St. Francis Hospital honored Mrs. Perrotta with a surprise dinner party on Friday in the Fast Wind Reslanranl.
