rejected governing Liberals Thursday in a byelection that some experts said could set the tone for next provincewide vote After a tough campaign marked by accusations of mudslinging and smearing New Democrat Cheri DiNovo emerged victorious Thursday night in the Parkdale-High Park vote winning 41 per cent of the vote Liberal Sylvia Watson took 33 per cent of the vote while Conservative David
