The $440,000 project has a capacity which is double that needed at present by the city, but was deemed' necessary to allow for possible future growth. A full-time super- visor and helper operate the plant, which depends on parasites to,perform vast duties. , Larry Obrechl, 16-year old Algona high school senior, was killed instantly May 6 when ihc ear shown above, driven by him, viashecl a miU- and a half cast of Whittemore on highway 18.
