(AP) Brides and grooms from Illinois and Indiana are helping boost the marriage business in Henderson County, Kentucky. The western Kentucky county had the state's highest marriage rate based on county population for 1988, 1989 and 1990, the last year for which the state has compiled statistics. About 50 percent of the license applicants are from Indiana or 111- inois. Officials say the couples come to Henderson because unlike Kentucky, Indiana requires women to have rubella testing.
