Mr. Clark taught school at Sunnyslope, Langdon and Carseland. He served overseas the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War as a navigator.

Many thanks to Dr. Yee and the General Hospital. (24-2-26) 20 DEATHS MCQUEEN- Neil a prominent oil man and long time Calgary resident, died in Phoenix, after lengthy illness, on February 21, 1976.

Born in Petrolia, Ontario, in 1900. Mr. McQueen came to Alberta in 1924, to work in the Turner Valley Oil Fields. He later moved to Vancouver, where he was General Manager of Bralorne Gold Mining, he returned to Alberta in 1939, and lived in Calgary for the next 30 years, until his retirement in 1969. In .1947 he formed his company Central Leduc Oils Ltd.

The company merged with Del Rio Producers Ltd. in 1957 to become Central Del Rio Oils. This company merged with PanCanadian Oil and Gas Co. to become PanCanadian Petroleum. Mr.

McQueen moved to Phoenix in 1939 where he lived the remainder of his life. He is survived by his wife Mary Jane, two sons; Neil and Murray, all in Phoenix and two daughters, Alix Geluardi of San Francisco and Susan Johnson of Phoenix. He is also survived by a nephew; W. A. Heard of Calgary.

Funeral Services will held Tuesday at 7 p.m. from St. Thomas, the Apostle Church in Phoenix. A memorial service will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Calgary, 5:30 p.m. Friday.

PARISIENMr. Jean Parisien, C.A., senior deputy chairman of Power Corporation of Canada, Limited, collapsed and died in his office Friday evening from a heart attack. He was 53 years old. Mr. Parisien was born in Plantagenet, Ontario, November 12, 1922, the son of J.

William Parisien and Berthe Menard. Educated at McGill University, he married Mirelle Drouin in 1943 and is survived by his widow, a son, Jacques, and three daughters, Elaine, LouiseMarie and Lysanne, Mr. Parisien was the close associate of Power Corporation chairman Mr. Paul Desmarais, a relationship which dates back to 1951 with operation of the Sudbury Bus Lines, Limited. Mr.

Parisien was a highly respected member of the Canadian business community, and is remembered by all who knew him as a man of great dedication, warmth and sensitivity. In addition to his responsibilities atPower Corporation, Mr. Parisien was vicepresident and director of Nordex Limited, and a director of American Optical Company Limited, Consolidated-Bathursting Limited. Dominion Glass ComLimited, Imperial Assurance Company of Canada, The Investors Group, Laurentide Financial Corporation Limited, Reitman's (Canada) Limited, Trans Canada Newspapers Limited, and Union Acceptance Corporation Limited. (Olive) Tod, Thunder Bay, Ont. Born at Minnedosa, Mr. Phelps moved to Calgary from Winnipeg, Man. in 1947, and had been employed with Greyhound Bus Lines, retiring from the position of Supervisor of Maintenance in 1971. According to Mr.
