Johnson, son of Mr and Mrs Albert Johnson, Corwith, were married at a quiet ceremony, Friday, Nov. 25 at 11 a.m. at the First Methodist parsonage at Corwith. Rev. Arthur Hasmussen officiated at the double ring ceremony. ; Mrs Elwood Geary was the bride's attendant. Elwood Geary acted as best man. Eldon and Michael Geary acted as ring bearers. Mrs Johnson is a graduate of Corwith High School and Eagle Grove Junior Collegt and is at the present time teaching kin- garten at Thompson, where she will continue her work. Mr Johnson graduated from CINEBEAM Picture Corwith High School and was recently discharged from the armed services and is at the present employed at the George Gaskill farm. Mrs Mayme Murphy of Lone Rock is visiting with Mrs Rose Murphy while her son Tom and John Long are visiting relatives in Illinois. Mrs Alfred Pearson entered St. Ann . hospital Saturday evening for treatment. grade girls are Sugar Plum fairies. Second grade girls will model in ballerina doll costumes styled by Mrs Lloyd Bohannon, while tlie boys from _the class.will become a toy train, with Hex Taylor as the engineer. Third graders will be poiriset- lias and wooden soldiers. The fourth grade boys will be shepherds -and the girls angels, while relating the real meaning of Christmas.
