Farewell Party A farewell party was held Mondav cveniriR at Mr and Mr? Ervin Gerber's for their son Ronnie and nephew Robert M'veV.T who left Tuesday for the service. Ronnie went to Des Moines for his physical and expects to be sent to the Great Lakes naval base. Robert went to San Antonio. TV*. Sixth Birthday Mrs August Schmidt gave a party Saturday afternoon in honor of the sixth birthday oC her daughter Linda. Guests were Jane Sorensen. Carol Sue Etherington, Dean. NY-va. LaDonna and Dale Mittlieder. Ann Scger. Roger and Duanc Bierstedt, the hpnoree's brother Lynn and Mrs Frank Mittliedcr who assisted Mrs Schmidt. Linda S.iogren was unable to be present because of sickness. Degree Of Honor Tin- Degree of Honor and the husbands held a Christmas party Mondav evening at the Moose hall. Dinner was served and the men exchanged gifts. The secret sisters of the women were revealed with a gift exchange. Forty- seven were present. Lois Strayer and Berrjilas Lynk were chairmen and were assisted by Ida Chism, Ellen Marshall, Mary Muckey and Rusella Larson. ^^^^^^^ • Attend Wedding Mr and Mrs Everett Baldus and family and the former's brother. La Vern spent last weekend at Austin, Minn., with the respective mother and father, Mrs Leo Baldus and Earl Subra and attended the wedding of the brother, Roy Baldus to Therc.sa Warner.
