James Stack. Miss Marjorie McEntire, of Carlisle, and Miss Anna Bacon, of Sparks, spent Tuesday and Wednesday with Mrs. J. T. Moore.

Miss Elma Wilson and Mrs. John Moore were guests on Sunday of the Rev. and Mrs. John E. Parker, in Church Hill.

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Mather and their two sons have returned home after spending a week in New York State, visiting relatives. They also visited Niagara Falls. Herbert Hammond has returned home from the John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore.

Miss Lydia M. Gooding, of Providence, R. spent last week with her aunt, Mrs. John T. Moore.

On Thursday they visited Mrs. Virginia Moore, in Cambridge. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton W.

Guthrie visited "Mrs. Guthrie's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Cully, at Rock Hall, this week in celebration of their golden wedding anniversary on Tuesday.

Mrs. Sherman Flory, of Red Lion, and Miss Alice Pendleton, of York, spent Saturday night with their uncle and aunt. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Laird.

Mrs. Elma Ploffmari spent from Sunday until Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Calvin D. Lynch, at Rehoboth Beach.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter R. Moore visited Mr. Moore's daughter, Mrs.

Wm. H. Valliant 2nd. at Memorial Hospital, Easton, on Sunday. Mr.

and Mrs. Robert Headley, of Waynne, and J. Keene Saulsbury of State College, visited their father, Irwin T. Saulsbury on Friday of last week. Miss Joy Hoffman, student nurse at Memorial Hospital, Easton, spent Sunday at home with her parents, Mr.

and Mrs. Elmer Hoffman. Mr. and Mrs. Wm.

Wright and daughter, Joann, spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Olivia Wright, al Cambridge. Mr. and Mrs.

Clarence Sutton and daughter returned home on Tuesday after spending several weeks at Rehoboth. Mr. and Mrs. William Sparks and family, of Philadelphia, were guests last week of Mr. and Mrs.

Leonard Sparks. Lee Mitchell spent the week-end and Linda, are spending a week's vacation visiting relatives in Virginia. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Valliant, of Royal Oak, were supper guests on Sunday of their grandparents, Mr.

and Mrs. Harry Lobb and of Springfield, were guests this week of Mrs. Lobb's sister, Mrs. Ernest Jones. Mrs.
