He was born March 25, 1878 in Hungary to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Hango. He was married to Julia Bama Hango who died in I960. Prior to his retirement in 1945, he was employed as a grinder at the Ellwood Works of U. S. Steel.

He was a charter member of the Ellport United Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Andrew Helen Molnar of Baltimore, Md. and Mrs. John (Betty) Bakty of Ellport, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Coroner Howard H. Reynolds said death was caused by a 16 gauge shotgun. A ruling in the death by Reynolds will be made following a post mortem today. The shooting occurred at 750 E. Washington St.
