rejecting government claims that the Sept 1 energy agreement gives them almost that CJOK seeks power hike Fort McMurray radio station -CJOK has asked the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) for permission to increase its broadcasting power ten-fold and move to a new AM frequency The plan if approved by the CRTC in February would increase the power President Ed Czaja which provincial treasurer Lou Hyndman said would be in a very general Financing was on the agenda but Hyndman said the three sides would concentrate on non-revenue issues such as hiring practices Canadian content in construction and environmental controls Hyndman said he hopes negotiations will progress quickly to financial details at later sessions on what happens today we would look at continuing either two- or three-way meetings in Hyndman said the Alberta cabinet changed its position of favoring possible loans to the project joint ownership in it or a combination of
