NOVEMBER T3. 1954 Kevin Joseph' Higgins was born Nov. 9 at St. John's Hospital. His parents, Mr.

and Mrs. Robert F. Higgins of'Oxnard, named him Kevin for the church in which they were married, St. Kevin's Church In Los Angeles, and the Joseph conies comes from his uncle, the attending physician, ancf grandfather the Doctors Joseph Higgins.
