Abel Andrade, who was also fined $1,000, conspired to deliver more than 30 grams of cocaine on Dec. 19 in a parking lot at 317 W. Waupansie Dwight. In exchange for the guilty plea, charges of delivery of more than 30 grams of cocaine and unlawful calculated criminal drug conspiracy were dismissed. Bid accepted in Livingston for bridge near Manville Streator blaze blamed on wiring STREATOR Faulty electrical wiring is the apparent cause of a fire yesterday morning that caused about $3,500 damage to the residence of Rose Vanda, 504V2 S.

Sterling Streator fire officials said. Streator firefighters were called, to the home at 7:05 a.m. after one of Ms. Vanda's children noticed smoke in the home, which is owned by Sue Dobrick, also of Streator. No one was injured in the fire.

Streator Fire Chief Henry Araujo said the fire apparently had been smoldering in the home's attic since sometime Monday night. The fire was contained in the attic of the one-itory wood home, but smoke and water damage were reported in other areas, he said. Araujo said the fire apparently started in an area of the attic where bare wires came in contact with rafters. He said blown-in insulation probably kept the fire from, spreading during the night. 1L LAST CALL FOR DEATHS Bloomington-Normal Hallie B.

Atkinson Hallie B. Atkinson, 79, of 2105 Peirce Bloomington, formerly of Calico Rock, died at 6:07 a.m. yesterday (Sept. 8, 1987) at Brokaw Hospital, Normal. Her funeral will be Friday morning at Howard Funeral Home, Calico Rock.

Burial will be in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Calico Rock. Visitation will be Thursday night at Howard Funeral Home. Beck Memorial Home, Blooming-ton, has charge of local arrangements. Mrs. Atkinson was born Aug.

16, 1908, at Enfield, a daughter of Carroll Wilson and Mary Jane Hagood Darnell. She married Alvin P. Atkinson on Feb. 23, 1933, at Enfield. He died April 10, 1981.

Survivors include four sons, Alvin Edward, Phoenix, Albert Carmi; Thomas Corona, and Rudy St. Louis; four daughters, Maria Pforr, 1104 Hilltop Mobile Homes, Bloomington; Darlene Shepherd, 2105 Peirce Bloomington; Violet Levine, Casa Grande, and Jeanne Warman, San Jose, one brother, Earl Wilson Darnell, McLeansboro; one sister, Elizabeth Murdock, Enfield; 22 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Three sisters and two grandchildren preceded her in death. Bloomington woman's father succumbs Steve Sipula, 65, Ottawa, father of a Bloomington woman, died at 7:45 a.m. yesterday (Sept.

8, 1987) at Ottawa Community Hospital. He had been ill. His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Church, Naplate.

Burial will be in Ottawa Avenue Cemetery, Ottawa. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Ottawa Funeral Home, Ottawa. Survivors include a daughter, Tina Sipula, 703 E. Washington Bloomington.

If Eastland Mall Bloomington By TONY PARKER Pantagraph staff PONTIAC A bid of more than $500,000 was accepted by the Livingston County Board yesterday for construction of a bridge about two miles west of Manville. Belvidere Construction Co. of Belvidere submitted a bid of $586,160 to construct a 500-foot bridge across the Vermilion River on County Road 2950 North. The new bridge will replace one that was demolished more than a year ago after it started sinking.

Construction of the bridge, which officials said is the largest bridge project in the county's history, is expected to take about one year. Livingston County and Newtown Township will each pay 10 percent of the project's cost, with the federal government paying for the remaining 80 percent. 3 charged with separate felonies in Livingston Co. Bahler, 27, Fairbury, posted $500 to appear when required on a charge of home invasion. He was previously charged with two counts of battery and a single count of criminal damage of less than $300 in connection with the same incident. The resigning employees were Janet Wohlwend, third-grade teacher, and Lin Laskowski, a half-time teacher's aide at the district's grade school. To offset those actions, the board has hired four new employees. Mary Davis, director of the transportation program for senior citizens and handicapped adults in Livingston and McLean counties, asked the board for $1,000 in funding for the 1987-88 fiscal year. Davis said she was asking for the funding because $2,200 of the program's $76,142 budget was cut by the East Central Illinois Area Agency on Aging. Ms. Davis said a similar request will be made of the McLean County Board. Neither county has funded the program in the past. She is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 28. Wohlwend and is also serving as a junior high boys basketball coach. Delilah Baine has replaced Laskowski and is also the half-time junior high language arts instructor. Cheri Oakley has been hired as a junior high girls basketball coach.

She is assisted by Todd Schneider, who is also assisting Connelly with the boys team. In another matter, the board discussed future repairs to the roofing on the district buildings. Superintendent Louie Boward said patching repairs could be made, but, a completely new roof may be needed in the future.
