Joan Fain Weds Joan, daughter of Mr and Mrs M. II. Fain of Algona, became the bride of Vincent J. Bernardo, son of Mr and Mrs Vincent Bernardo. Emmetsburg, in a double ring ceremony performed in St. Cecelia's Catholic Church at 10 • \.m. Saturday, Nov. in. Father Harold Cooper officiated. The bride was attired in a ballerina length gown of Chan- iilly lace over satin and wore a veil and headpiece of Chantilly lace with seed pearls and pearl jarrings. The new Mrs Bernardo is a graduate of Algona high school, and has been employed as a secretary there since her graduation. The bridegroom graduated from Emmetsburg Catholic high and attended Emmetsburg junior college. He will go into the army in the near future.
