H. Winters soli to John Heuser, a five acre well improved tract just northeast of the Wabash shops at the edge of the city and on the Green Switch road. The deal was made by W. F. Pickle. The same dealer sold for Cicero Deakin to Travis Redman, of Maroa, a five room modern bungalow, new and on a full city lot at 1282 West Decatur street. The purchaser gets the place for a home at 17,000.

T. L. Corley traded to Herbert Martin, a twenty-two acre tract one mile west of Turpin station and about three miles south of De.catur at $200 an acre, a total of $4,400. There are small Improvements on the place and about three-fourths of it is cleared. Mr.
