AT THE COURT HOUSE 10 BREAK DICKEY WILL TRUST Three Heirs Do Not Want Estate Tied Up for the Next Thirty Years An attempt is to be made to break the trust provisi in the will of Asa Dickey, who at the time of his deatn owned a furniture store at the corner of Main and Third streets. Those who hope to have the court set aside the trust are the three heirs, two daughter- and a son of Asa Dickey. Dickey left property worth about filed too late to share in the $1087 that the contractor has assigned to a bank for the benefit of claimants. Three claims have been filed against Contractor Noble and the bridge near San Juan Capistrano.

They are San Lumber Company, F. P. Niekey Hardware Company, $223.25, and Southern California Iron Steel Company, $656.43. S. R.

Smock has filed a claim of $167.25 against the Crandall Construction Company for work on the Talbert road. (1. W. Wurdinger has notice of a claim of $13.30 against Engwall Slayton Company, contrsc- tors for a Brea Canyon road. The county will have no difficulty in meeting these claims from funds due the contractors.
